A: You can check the status of your order by logging into your account on PersonalizedMoms.com and clicking on "Order History". You will see the orders that you have placed as well as their status. You can only check the status of your order if you created an account when you placed your order. If you chose to skip account creation, you will not be able to log in to see the status of your order or track your order.

Q: What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?
A: All claims for damaged, defective or missing product(s) must be filed with Personalized Moms within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-896-3079. Personalized Moms is not responsible for missing packages and damaged products resulting from errors made by the shipping carrier. A claim will need to be made with the shipping carrier before we can issue a replacement or a refund.
