If a customer receives an item in which Personalized Moms made a mistake, Personalized Moms will send the correct item at no cost to the customer. Personalized Moms does not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized items if a mistake has not been made by Personalized Moms. A personalized item includes any products where the design wording, design color, product color, or design font is chosen by the customer.
If you have received an order from Personalized Moms that is incorrect, you have three (3) days to contact us from the time the product is delivered. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or toll-free at 1-877-896-3079. Claims made after 3 days will not be accepted. Items cannot be returned or exchanged if an incorrect size was ordered, so be sure to review all size charts prior to ordering.

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) code on the outside of the package. If the package does not have a RA code, the package will not be accepted and it will be returned to the sender.
All shipping charges for the return/exchange of an item that contains a mistake will be paid by Personalized Moms. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label via email.
If the customer chooses to return an item that contains a mistake and Personalized Moms cannot replace the item, the customer will receive a full refund for the product from Personalized Moms within ten (10) business days of Personalized Moms receiving the product.
